OPTION PARALYSIS new album from dillinger escape plan slated March 2010

THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN is gearing up to debut their new album off of Party Smasher Inc / Season of Mist entitled OPTION PARALYSIS. The album is set for a 23 March 2010 release. Recorded and collaborated with Steve Evetts (think Glassjaw, Every Time I Die, and the Used) song titles that have thusfar been announced include: “Good Neighbor,” “Farewell, Mona Lisa,” “Crystal Morning,” and “Gold Teeth On A Bum,” and “I Wouldn’t If You Didn’t.” The last of which guitarist Ben Weinman says was “…one of the last we wrote for the record. It starts out pretty typical Dillinger but then takes you to places we have never gone before.” Another is “A Room Full Of Eyes,” which Weinman dubs a favorite and “one of the most intense songs we’ve ever written.”

THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN ‘s previous work has been praised nearly universally by press worldwide “If you really want to know (their) songs,” says The New York Times “…you have to listen repeatedly and concentrate” calling them “extreme musical craft.”

There is still time to catch DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN before the year is over, including December 29th with GOGOL BORDELLO in NYC at the Webster Hall and December 30th in New Jersey with THURSDAY and GLASSJAW at Starland Ballroom.
