Indie supergroup ISLES & GLACIERS will release The Hearts of Lonely People off Equal Vision Records on March 9th. The highly anticipated EP will be sold exclusively on location at Hot Topic as well as through a variety of online retailers (think iTunes, Rhapsody, ShockHound, etc).

Though the group has performed lived only once to date— at 2009’s SXSW showcase— the band has created quite a buzz for itself. Composed of members of such bands as CHIODOS, PIERCE THE VEIL, EMAROSA and more, the group of friends insist that the tracks (recorded in just 10 days) are not throw offs from their other bands and projects. Says Nick Martin (Underminded) of The Hearts of Lonely People, “We got together as friends and just did what was natural to us - we wrote and played music.  Eventually it turned into songs that we were all really excited about and just wanted to share.”
